I. Background

     In order to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine industry of Gansu Province, further strengthen and expand the traditional Chinese medicine industry, speed up the construction of a comprehensive experimental zone for the development of the national traditional Chinese medicine industry and fully develop to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation and take targeted measures for poverty alleviation, National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Gansu Provincial People's Government will hold the 2018 China Gansu Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Expo in Longxi County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province from October 11th to 14th, 2018.

     The Expo has been upgraded to a national level. The Expo will focus on the construction of a comprehensive experimental area for the development of the national Chinese medicine industry in Gansu and explore new ideas and new approaches for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine. Taking advantage of Gansu's position as an important birthplace of Chinese medicine and the main origin of authentic Chinese medicine, we will give full play to the radiation-driven effect and demonstration and promotion role in the experimental area and promote the all-round development of Chinese medicine medical treatment, health care, scientific research, education, industry, culture and foreign exchange and cooperation.

    The Expo has set up a traditional Chinese medicine exhibition and trading venue area in "The Belt and Road" China Longxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo Park, which build an important platform to show and promote the latest products for enterprises, and promote exchanges and negotiations. We sincerely invite domestic and foreign Chinese medicine industry enterprises and affiliated enterprises and institutions to participate in the exhibition.

Exhibition scale:

     The exhibition hall covers 42000 square meters, 15000 square meters of indoor boutique booths, 10000 square meters of standard booths, and 2000 square meters of outdoor Chinese medicine machinery and equipment booths. The shops have 140 booths of 8000 square meters. It is estimated that 80000 people will be present.
