2026 年度巴基斯坦-中国农业投资大会将于2026 年 1 月 19 日在巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡市举行。

As CPEC transitions from large-scale infrastructure development to industrial cooperation and capacity enhancement, agricultural collaboration has been designated a key strategic priority by both nations. To deepen practical cooperation in agriculture, food processing, and related industries, the Government of Pakistan – led by the Ministry of National Food Security & Research (MNFSR) and the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), and supported by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Board of Investment (BoI), Embassy of Pakistan in China, and Consulates General in Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong – will host the Pakistan–China Agriculture Investment Conference 2026 on 19 January 2026 in Islamabad. The year 2025 marked a milestone for bilateral agricultural investment cooperation: during the Pakistan–China Investment Conference of that year, enterprises from both sides signed 41 Memoranda of Understanding and 5 Joint Venture agreements, with intended investment exceeding USD 1.35 billion. This underscores strong mutual interest and immense potential for deeper collaboration in agriculture and allied sectors.

随着中巴经济走廊由大规模基础设施建设转向产业合作与能力提升阶段，农业合作已被两国列为核心战略优先事项。为深化农业、食品加工及相关产业的务实合作，巴基斯坦政府将由国家粮食安全与研究部、商务部牵头，在特别投资便利化委员会、投资委员会、巴基斯坦驻华大使馆及驻成都、广州、上海、香港总领事馆的协同支持下，于2026 年 1 月 19 日在伊斯兰堡举办 2026 年度巴中农业投资大会。2025 年是巴中农业投资合作的里程碑之年：在当年举办的巴中投资大会上，双方企业共签署 41 份谅解备忘录与 5 份合资协议，意向投资额超 13.5 亿美元。这一成果充分彰显了两国在农业及相关领域深化合作的浓厚意愿与巨大潜力。

Against this backdrop, the 2026 conference seeks to build on prior momentum and accelerate the shift from conceptual dialogue to project implementation via targeted, structured matchmaking. The event primarily targets Chinese enterprises in agriculture and food-related fields, while also welcoming participation from research institutions, universities, and industry associations.

在此背景下，2026 年大会将立足过往合作势头，通过精准化、体系化的对接机制，推动合作从理念对话加速转向项目落地。本次活动主要面向中国农业及食品相关领域企业，同时也热忱欢迎农业、食品相关科研机构、高等院校及行业协会参与。

The conference will deliver three core outcomes:

1.It will establish a high-quality platform for policy communication and business engagement, enabling direct interaction with Pakistan’s federal and provincial authorities to understand relevant incentives, regulatory frameworks, and agricultural sector development plans.

2. Through sector-focused targeted matching, it will assist Chinese enterprises in identifying specific partners and project opportunities in agri-tech, processing and manufacturing, supply-chain development, and cold-chain logistics, with flexible cooperation models including direct investment, joint ventures, technology partnerships, and supply-chain collaboration.

3. It will facilitate the signing of tangible agreements, including Joint Ventures, technology transfer or collaboration pacts, direct investment contracts, or MoUs.

本次大会将实现三大核心目标：

1.搭建高质量政策沟通与商务对接平台，助力参会方与巴基斯坦联邦及省级主管部门直接交流，明晰相关激励政策、监管框架及农业领域发展规划。

2.依托分领域精准对接，协助中国企业在农业科技、加工制造、供应链建设、冷链物流等领域锁定合作方与项目机遇，可灵活采用直接投资、合资经营、技术合作、供应链协作等多元合作模式。

3.推动签订具有实质效力的合作协议，包括合资协议、技术转让或协作协定、直接投资合同及谅解备忘录等。

To ensure sectoral focus, MNFSR has identified the following priority subsectors for the conference:

• Agricultural chemicals and inputs

• Agricultural technology and agri-tech solutions

• Food processing and value addition

• The meat and poultry industry

• Dairy inputs and processed dairy products

• Fruit and vegetable cultivation and export

• Animal feed and related value chains

• Fisheries and aquaculture (including processing)

• Cold-chain systems & agricultural logistics

• Food-grade packaging materials and equipment

为确保活动聚焦重点领域，国家粮食安全与研究部（MNFSR）划定了以下大会优先子领域：

• 农用化学品及农业投入品

• 农业技术与农业科技解决方案

• 食品加工与增值服务

• 肉类及家禽产业

• 乳业投入品及加工乳制品

To optimize on-site matchmaking effectiveness, a series of online seminars and one-to-one preparatory meetings will be organized between 1 and 15 January 2026.

These virtual sessions will involve relevant Pakistani ministries, industry bodies, and participating enterprises, focusing on policy clarification, market insights, project introductions, and technology needs across the priority subsectors. To facilitate participation, the Government of Pakistan will provide logistical support to invited Chinese representatives. Participants are requested to arrive in Islamabad on 18 January 2026 (one day prior to the conference). The organizers will offer two nights of accommodation at a five-star hotel in Islamabad (inclusive of breakfast), along with transportation between the hotel and conference venue, security arrangements, and essential conference services (registration, materials, coordination assistance, and interpretation support) to ensure a seamless stay. This conference offers a valuable opportunity for Chinese enterprises and institutions to gain first-hand insight into Pakistan’s latest agricultural policies and priority development areas, understand the comparative advantages of various Pakistani provinces and companies, and engage with local and incoming enterprises operating or planning to operate in Pakistan.

为提升线下对接实效，2026 年 1 月 1 日至 15 日期间将组织系列线上研讨会及一对一筹备对接会。
